Waiting forever for my bank card

I have been waiting for my bank close to a month. I app**** for prestige banking and I was approved but till today I have not received my card. I already have funds in that account but still no card. I sent quit a few emails to my banker, she will respond and tell me she has app**** for it and after she will keep quite. She will not even make means to update me every time I am the one who needs to contact her. This service is not acceptable at all. I am even thinking of changing bank and go to FNB
