Waiting for over two years for a will to be processed

Waiting for an hineritance to be processed for more than two years, Standard Bank is useless and full of excuses. After more than two years on waiting there still no prediction to when this will be finally processed. Useless and disgusting service. If you are consedering drafting a will do not consider the Standar Bank as they are obsolutly useless!!!! We are considering approaching a lowyer and have this terrible service further exposed!!!
