waiting for one year for money to be returned

<p>im so dissapointed in standard bank, ive got all my accounts at this bank even my business account.</p> <p>one year ago my account got double debited an for all this time ive gone back an forth to the branch an still no solution, each time its the exact same story, they logged a query an someone in the headoffice closed it. i cant believe that nobody can sort this out because had this been my fault standard bank would have sent me lawyers letters</p> <p> </p> <p>i hate the **** service i received an im ready to close all my accounts</p>
