waiting for documents since 2015

<p>I had a credit card issued by standard bank. After battling for months to get it closed, it was finally closed (even though they continued charging bank fees which took ages to be waived). Now, my account has been closed since 2015 but I am still waiting on a letter of closure, which has been promised every 5 working days since 2015. Calls to senior consultants are fruitless. On my credit report, this is the only account which has the audacity to be showing in arrears, that too with a mystery amount of R75. Trips to the branches aren't worth the bricks the buildings are made of. </p>
