Waiting for Deceased Estate Late Account number

I have been to Standard bank Clearwater many times in the last 6 weeks and still have not received any feedback or assistance. The only thing I am getting is being sent from pillar to post and being given the incorrect information.<br> I have phoned and driven around so much but still no help.<br> <br> Standard Bank has got the worst customer service!
