Waiting for cards for a month

<p>I app**** to convert my Elite plus account to a Prestige account on 23 July 2016. I was told by the prestige banker that it would take 5 working days for my cards to be ready.</p> <p>It is now a month since application and the person who is supposed to be my private banker ignores my emails and does not provide feedback nor keep me in the loop as to what the delay is.</p> <p>She, Nomhle Sylvia Mdluli, has not advised me of anything at all prior to my initial mail to her asking what was the delay but is quick to lie and give an answer of "I had advised that I would let you know once the cards have been ordered on the system." I am still waiting for that email/proof where she said that.</p> <p>I do not see whats the point of a Prestige account if this is the kind of service that I receive and it is unacceptable that Std Bank expects me to just sit and wait until its ready especially since I was told that it would take 5 working days.<br />Please can someone urgently escalate this.</p>
