Waiting for card more than 6 days

I called standard bank to cancel and order a new card on Saturday(13-02-2016), I made a follow up call to the prestige inquiries and support on Monday the 15th to check if the card was ordered, they told me it was ordered, I <br> called again on Thursday the told me the card was ordered . I also went to the branch (tshwane Mid city) they told me the card was ordered and it is still with the card division. Today I called prestige inquiries and support, I was told my card was not ordered because I did not FICA, No one told me about this last, no sms was sent to me, I have not had access to my accounts . This is frustrating
