Waiting for a week to sign VAF contract

<p>I've been waiting for a week to sign my contract for a new car. The garage has invoiced standard bank and they are also waiting. I have never experienced such bad service. How does a contract take a weak to get drawn up? This is not my 1st time buying a car. With absa everything was quick.I'm dissapointed. The garage told me that there is an issue with my surname..because I have 2 id's. 1 with my madan name and 1 with my married surname. I submitted all supporting documents to the garage . I'm now under the impression that if you want fast service at this bank you must stay single because people get confused with surnames. I have been banking with you and my surname has never been a problem now it is. I'm confused..when the person from the garage called they told him that they are referring the surname thing to head office. I guess head office is also not bothered to call and tell me what the problem is.
