Waiting for a settlement figure for my Bond.

It has been almost 5 months since an Offer To Purchase was signed for my house. Up and till now Standard bank have not given a settlement figure to the lawyers who are dealing with the sale.<br> The lawyers have tried everything in their power to sort this out. The person who is dealing with my account *** is not giving them feedback.<br> Now because of standard bank dragging their feet the person wanting to buy the house wants to cancel the deal.<br> Can someone from standard bank home loans side please assist.<br> I will be moving my other bond over to a more reliable bank and all accounts will be closed.<br>
