Waiting for a refund from Standard Bank

On Friday 26 June 2015 R953.89 was transferred from my savings account *** to cheques account *** in order to pay off an outstanding amount on the said cheque account. on Monday 29 June 2015 I proved to the bank that there was no outstanding money to be paid into the cheque account *** as it was up to date. On the same day, I was told that a refund was paid back into my savings account and that it would clear the next day (Tuesday 30 June 2015). this money was never paid back into my savings account. I have been calling the bank *** and emailing since 30June2015. Each day I get told that I will have the funds by the end of the day. today marks one week of waiting for these funds to be paid back into my account. I am very upset as this has caused me great inconvenience. I am also very disappointed with Standard Bank.
