The service is appalling to say the list. I called ***and held the line for a long time, finally the phone was picked. I spoke to a consultant by the name on Mahlatse, after I jumped all the hoops she said she was checking something regarding my query then sent me back to the board. Which I waited and finally someone picked up the call. I told the lady that I was been assisted by Mahlatse, she then transferred me. I waiting again for a good 5 minutes till I gave up. This has been happening for a number of occasions and I have not been complaining. On top of this I have sent a number of secure messages and no one came back to me. I’ve been a client of standard bank since 1998, but year over year the service is becoming ****.
