Waiting for 3 full weeks for refund

My card was cloned and the perpetrators with drew R1500 for my account.<br> <br> After going to the bank to block the card and apply for a refund I was told it take 6 to 10 days to process which I was fine with. After the max 10 days I gave them a call, firstly it took forever to get through to the call centre and then the person told me no sorry the case was opened but did not process. They then promised that I would have my money by the end of the week. <br> <br> End of the week came in fact end of the weekend came and I had still not received my refund. Still battling to get through to the call centre.<br> <br> When in to the branch at Brakenhurst the lady that helped me there said she is going to email the guy who is in charge of my application and here I am still without my money.<br> <br> I am a student and my cash flow is under a lot of strain with this incident.<br>
