Waiting for 2 weeks!

I app**** for an Elite current account at Standard bank Fourways crossings. It has been 2 weeks now and still no word on getting final approval and receiving my cheque card??? Emails also get ignored!!!<br> I wanted to change to Standard bank, but if I get ignored like this with no feedback, I think I will rather stay at my existing bank. If this is the service I'm going to get?
