Waiting almost 3 months for new bank cards
Please can someone from Private Banking get back to me? I sent a request to my Private Banker, Doug Naiker on the 28 September 2015 to request new bank cards in my married surname, it is almost 3 months later and I still haven't received these! What is the point of paying a premium rate when the service is the exact opposite of premium?
