Waiting 6 weeks for secondary card

On 15 November, I app**** for a secondary card for my husband. We completed the necessary power of attorney forms and received a temporary debit card for him to use. The consultant told us that the card takes 5-7 working days to arrive at the branch. <br> On 28 Nov we went to the branch to get the card. There was no card there and a manager, Elize, ascertained that no card was ordered. We had to fill in more forms and was told the same waiting period. We gave it more than that, and went to the bank on 27 Dec. Still no card and apparently still not ordered!!!<br> The prestige banking line says that an email was sent by card division to clearwater mall branch asking which branch to forward the card to, to which they didn't respond. So now...what???? We still don't have the card. Are we expected to waste our valuable time again by sitting for hours in a branch???
