Waiting 3 days for insurance quote

Phoned Standard Bank Insurance (commercial) 3 days ago to get an insurance quote. Finally got a call today. A little bit too late. I have already taken insurance with another company who actually bothered to respond. I have been banking with Standard Bank for more than twenty years. I also hold numerous other products with them including insurance. I have decided to take my business elsewhere. THIS IS NOT HOW YOU TREAT YOUR LOYAL CUSTOMERS.
