Wait too long at branch

After my compliment last week - now a complaint Standard Bank has closed many branches, which include the two branches I would visit when necessary. I am now compelled to go to the Rosebank branch when I cannot do what I want online. Last week I waited for ONE HOUR to close an Estate Account, and this would have been longer had the person called before me not given me his place. Please Standard Bank, you MUST increase your staffing to cope with the numbers at the banks that are still open. Perhaps you can re-employ some of your staff whom you retrenched.
