Voucher shows redeemed but no money
This is not the first time , the previous matter was never resolved and I have not received the funds . I won a R1000 and a R200 that was withdrawn via instant payment . The vouchers says redeemed but I have not redeemed anything and funds are no where to be found. I need this to be resolved soonest
