VICTIMIZATION OF PAYING CLIENTS

I would like to bring to your attention, just how ******* Standard Bank is. Just to give you the background - we took out a mortgage bond of R280 000.00 back in 2008. We paid the monthly instalment until 2011 when we were rentrenched.
We paid what we could and when we got a job we resumed paying the monthly instalment. In 2012 we were served with a warrant of execution to sell our house. We never even received a letter of demand or summons.
We were helped by an attorney who arranged that we pay a settled amount of R3000.00 which we did till to day. We NEVER ONCE RECEIVED A BANK STATEMENT. When requested the bank to supply us with Bank statements it was found that they were charging fees for Garden Services of over R1153.00 per month. They WERE NEVER HERE TO DO ANY GARDEN SERVICES. THEN THEY CHARGED US WITH INSURANCE TRIPLE THE AMOUNT OF OUR MONTHLY PAYMENT. THEN THEY CHARGED US ASSURANCE FEES WHICH WAS DOUBLE THE INSTALMENT WE WERE PAYING.
AFTER WE SUCCESSFULLY WON THE CASE, WITH COSTS. THE BANK AGAIN SENT US A LETTER OF DEMAND IN APRIL OF THIS YEAR FOR R7,707,000.00. THIS IS NOW GETTING TO THE POINT OF HARASSMENT AND VINDICTIVENESS. WE HAVE BEEN PAYING EVERY MONTH. YET THIS BANK REFUSES TO ACKNOWLEDGE ANY PAYMENTS.
I WOULD LIKE YOU TO PLEASE ENQUIRE FROM THEM WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO THE INSTALMENTS WE MAKE. DO THE BANK MEMBERS ACTUALLY KNOW WHAT A PAYMENT MEANS AND WHAT DO THEY DO WITH OUR PAYMENTS.
WE HAD OUR ATTORNEY SEND THEM A LETTER AND THEY TOTALLY IGNORED HIS LETTER, INFORMING THEM THAT THEY ARE PROCEEDING TO SELL OUR HOME ON AUCTION AS WE NOW OWE R953,074.86. HELLO FIRST IT IS R***.00 AND THEN IT IS R953,074.86. DOES THIS MAKE SENSE. THAT IN A MATTER OF 6 MONTHS WE PAID OVER R***.00.??????? YET WE ARE STILL IN ARREARS.
WE DEMAND THAT THIS BE BROUGHT TO LIGHT AS WE ARE NOW GOING TO LAY A ******** CASE FOR DEFAMATION OF OUR RIGHTS AND FOR HARASSMENT DUE TO THE FACT THAT THIS VICTIMIZATION HAS GONE ON FOR OVER 14 YEARS AND EVEN WHEN WE WIN, WE ARE VICTIMIZED. JUST SHOWING US HOW ******* THIS COMPANY IS

- Relly sir you have most definitely gone out of your way to treated us like *******, You refuse to accept the fact that you lost the last case with costs and now you are back again with the same case but with more demands and yet you can't even give a decent explanation of the monies you deduct - like Garden Fees, Assurance Fees and Insurance fees. Your bank has wanted our home for the last 10 years. So, stop trying to make out to be the victim - we have had enough of your treatment of us to last us a life time. Not once have you given a decent explanation on the interest that you charge. You have taken interest x10 time and it is AGAINST THE LAW TO CHARGE INTEREST ON INTEREST ON INTEREST ACCORDING TO THE CREDIT ACT. SO AS A BANK YOU THINK BY BULLDOZING INNOCENT VICTIMS YOU NORMALLY GET WHAT YOU WANT. WELL, I HAVE HAD ENOUGH OF THIS VICTIMIZATION.
