VICTIM of Standard bank

Yhooo, Standard bank registered the car finance under my Identity , they sent the debt to Transunion without even verifying that I have taken the car finance with them. They agreed that it was their mistake they put my ID number by mistake, funny all the details are pointing to me. When i want to get finance for my own personal needs no one is approving reason being I have too much on my plate, I have been doing up and down since July calling, visiting branch ,sending emails but even today matter has not been resolved. I am so frustrated and stressed with this I feel that no one cares about this whereas its their incompetence that put me on this situation. I really don't know what to do now Debt is still under my name and I really cant do anything about it this is frustrating me. They suppose to verify with the parties involved and double verify inside to see if the information they put on their system is correct. They should put some barriers to avoid situation like this and I really dont know how they chose my ID number as I dont even bank with them.
