Very very unhappy client

The notifications that i received with my account balances do not match my balance with them at the moment that is cheating .I want my ****en R640 back to my account that you claimed I had on my balance via your notifications.Then you have the nerve to tell me sorry it was a technical error.Technical error my foot .I want my money bank asap please.
