VERY VERY POOR SERVICE

Other banks such as fnb are far better! there is NO open line of communication with standard bank! when one tries to email - it states "your email has been quarantined" when one tries to call one gets nowhere! clients are required to go in person to the branch in this time of covid! it really needs to open the written lines of communication VIA EMAIL or there'll be MASS EXODUS FROM STANDARD BANK!!
