Very very Bad customer service

I had a very very bad experience with Standard Bank Agent by the name of Welldine Coetsee no helpful,rude,unprofessional she is not a true ambassador of your Bank. she could not open a normal account got so frustrated to a point she even told me to leave. even requested to speak to her senior Muneeb only then my account was opened .she has no product knowledge whatsoever and she doesn't deserve to be at the forefront to speak with customers
