Very very bad and pooh managed

Very bad Branch closed yesterday Can't do transfers... Was holding on the phone for over 39 minutes... Can't pay anyone not even a supplier Had to draw cash... And now pay extra fees

I run a business... And cannot get hold of anyone... The app doesn't allow you to do anything because although I have verified myself at the bank... I'm still not verified...

Month end... Can't pay my own salary Can't even meet my own commitments at another bank

What a waste of time

R300 of prepaid airtime down the tibes in one call
