VERY VERY ANGRY CUSTOMER.. STANDARD BANK IS GREDDY

I have contacted standard bank to reduce my installment for a loan for a year only and this request was in Dec they only got back to me end of Feb telling me that they unable to becos its doesnt cover interest. I wasnt working during lockdown with no income.. I had covid in Dec in ICU and left with some hospital Bill's.. I asked Standard bank if I can pay 1000 just for a year.. I have home back to work this year with a salary cut of 8000 so guess what standard bank did after telling me they cant help me.. they debit R4600.. I have had a salary cut of 8000 how the hell can I still afford that installment. They not even giving me a option so we can meet a suitable amount they decide to just what they want to take which is the normal debit knowing the circumstances. what horrible service.. will STANDARD BANK GIVE ME SHELTER? Should i take my stuff and move in one of ur branch?? TRY ME I WILL DO IT , I WILL CAUSE Q PUBLIC STUNT you wont believe it. WILL you give me a car to get to work should my car get repossessed.. becos if I dont have a job u not getting any money... I WANT THIS DEBIT ORDER REVERSED!!! OTHERWISE IM CHNGING MY BANK ACCOUNT AND U WONT GET A CENT FROM ME. with out work I have been handed over by all my accounts so 1 more account wont change my life. WORSE LUCKY NDEBELE WHOS IS THE AGENT SUPPOSE TO RESOLVE DOENSNT EVEN CALL HE will send when he feels like once in a blue moon.. YOU BETTER GIVE ME A CALL!!
