VERY UPSET CUSTOMER!!!

After a whole month of running around to prove my income as per payslip. Credit declines my application, stating that due to affordability my application was declined. Credit also arrogantly says that we are the bank and we can decline if we want to .Why is is my application truly being declined? This is not the first time that that Standard bank credit is doing this. With my previous bond application on my existing property, standard bank credit declined my bond application and it had to be arbitraged. It came out that I was being prejudiced (in contravention with the national credit act) on the basis that I am young and that I earn such a big salary. Based on my current salary, the bond amount for the new property is way below a third of my gross salary and there is more than sufficient space to be able to afford repayments. I have had a big increase in my income towards the end of 2015 and it clearly reflects into my standrd bank account every month, so what is the excuse? As a Standard Bank Client, this is upsetting to yet again receive such a bad experience. I may as well take my current bond over to another bank, sell my standard bank financed vehicles and bank somewhere else!!
