Very Upset

I'm in need of someone working at the policy department who is willing to give great customer care and do their job because up to now I've just had **** service. I called to cancel my policy before the first payment went through i didn't get any assistance and was told that i will get a call back, i have sent emails requesting cancellation and now still 3 payment later they are still deducting. I want the policy cancelled and i want my 3 payment back immediately.
