Very slow service

Very slow service. Courier service called me and arrange time and date to deliver my bank card. Cancel all appointments and wait at home for nothing. The next day I was called and they want to arrange for new date. I said no I will pick up at branch and they beter reverse the delivery charges. We'll now I was standing outside the bank for 1 hour 20 min before I couldn't came in. Now in the bank again waiting for an half an hour and it seems like nothing is happening. 2 bank officials at the desk and we'll theirs 6 desks. Still 12 people sitting in a que before me. Wonder how long it's going to take for them to hand over my bank card. Slow and bad service.
