Very slow and Extremely poor service

I have seen bad service but Standard Bank Centurion Lifestyle is worse, we are only 3 customers waiting to see a consultant but we have all been waiting for more than 2 hours, the service consultants just walk around assisting their friends, who literally walk through the bank without writing their names of the register, I am still young and they energetic but it irritates me to see old people also waiting for this long, the basic thing that needs to be addressed is the issue of customer service and professionalism
