Very rare and unexpected excellent service!!!

Exceptional service from Noxolo Phaliso, she took my call after being sent from post to pillar and by the time she answered it was time to knock off. Her department knocked off and she had to go request authorisation from another department whilst I held on. Thank you Noxolo, keep up the good work and never stop serving customers with a smile even when you had your hand bag ready in your hands to knock off. I appreciate the fact that as late as it was you never lost your temper or asked me to call back on Monday but you were very patient and listened to my frustration. I hope you grow your career in this company they could do with your expertise and trust that you won't be retrenched as Sim has already announced his plans during these unprecedented times.
