Very Poor service and systems down AGAIN

Systems down the whole weekend, call through and contact centre says there noting they can do and were absolute useless and really dont know what they are doing. No Balance showing on Saturday and Sunday and my money market account show zero balance when a payment was needed to be made. Seriously looking to move as Standard Bank is going down hill very fast and is 0/10 in my view. SHOCKING service
