Very poor service
Good day, I am an essential worker in a hospital working around the clock. I would like a solution from you. Nobody can help me on the phone regarding a student loan I want to start paying off, neither can I do anything online, your branches are only open until 2? So please give me a solution??? I don't know how a bank like Capitec can stay open until 6 and then guys like you closes your branches at 2? This is pathetic!
