Very Poor Service

Standard Bank just tries to roll boulders in to the way of a customer. My mother is 91 years old, she can hardly walk. She was yesterday at the West Gate Branch to sort out the use of her Current Account. All in vain. We new to take her again. How many more times. The knowledge of staff is very limited
