Very poor service.

I am experiencing very poor service with Std Bank. No one seems to help me, I spend money and time on the phone only to be put through to someone and then the call cuts after waiting for 25 minutes. Then if you go the branch, you wait for 2-3 hours in the line before going into the branch.
