Very Poor Service
After successfully applying for a Standard Bank credit card, no one from has contacted me since...the application process was concluded on the 02 September. I received 3 SMS's and that's about it. The application was done online with all the relevant boxes ticked and still I had contact them, being endlessly transferred from pillar to post. This platform is always a last resort for me, but I have emailed and called them, but no one seems to think its vital to reply or to call me. Dear Standard Bank...what should I do for you to do your job?
