Very poor banking

We have experienced this more than once, and would just like to inform other people that standard bank is a total waist of time... When making payments you have to wait forever and they sometimes have an immediate payment options and when you need it they don't have it. So so very frustrating. We are most likely just going to cancel the account!!!!
