Very poor assistance from Standard Bank Home Loans
Its a pain to deal with Standard Bank Home Loans. I have been a excellent customer & wanted them to send me an interest rate change request form, but they are not helpful. My credit score is so high at 669 which warranted a decrease in bond interest rate. Their don't respond when one ask to increase their bond premium etc. Why is standard bank so slow & unresponsive compared to FNB etc.?
