Very poor and slow service
The service here is shocking and it doesn't look like the "manager" knows what to do about it. The que goes out to the door and its not month end. There's only 2 tellers helping the customers and 1 counter takes about 45 min with 1 customer....your service is terrible. I feel sorry for the rest of the people behind me they still have the whole day to go. Im definitely switching to fnb.
