very poor and dissapointing

i have a bad exerience with standbank homeloans i app**** for a new development house which was approved ,i was called in feb to come do the inspection of the house and the person who was assisting told me to call standard bank immediatlty to confirm how much i need to pay interest,which i did and i also paid r5900.00 and was told i will get the keys anytime,which i agreed and nogal the house done ready for occupation now all of a sudden i am told i need to pay 15000.00 TO THE BUILDER for what coz i was suppose to have received the keys already in february, the interest i am requested to pay is even more than the instalment this is a ******* and i have been waiting for the same house to be built for 2 years now i am expected to pay interest ant the instalment of the house that i have not moved to the service is pathetic
