Very inconsiderate

I went to Sunnypark to make a deposit for vfs visa processing, I kindly asked the employee to deposit my 3255 from inside as it was a direct order from agents to avoid delay in funds allocation, they told me only 50 000 and above can be deposited from inside, anything below that should be atm deposits, I expressed my concerns about it but they insisted, I gave in and ended up depositing 3260 since the atm doesn't take coins, it's now 3 weeks, no funds were allocated, no appointment from vfs was made. Please try to accommodate people with the situation like mine, I warned your employees from Sunnypark branch, Noone bothered to listen, now iam the one paying the price
