Very high charges for your services

Today i went to a std bank in umlazi mega city , and i am not happy with the pricing i was charged. I went in the bank to cancel the automated debits form my cheque account to my savings accounts. The service was ok exapt for the fact that the consultant that asisted me did not explain that there was going to be charges for the service and i find the charge to be too mutch . i was charged R1800.00 , i would like for std bank to look in to this and contact me with feedback.
