Very hard/impossible to get IT3b certificates from Standard Bank

Good day, all I need from Standard bank is my IT3b certificates for 2019/20. I have gone into my online banking profile and nothing is available to download. There is no link to email anyone for assistance. Phoning also doesn't work as everyone is busy. Thus I resort to hellopeter for getting the message to the bank. Thank you.
