Very happy cutomer
I would like to give a positive review to Andile Hadebe who is in the Transactional team in CVOB. He went out of his way to assist me with my early repayment even though there was a system glitch, it took him 1:30 to sort out the issue however he was patient and insisted on assisting me even though I have been sent from pillar to post by other consultants stating that they cannot assist me due to system problems.
He has shown true passion and dedication his work and towards his customers, The Bank should be very proud to have an employee like him who is more than willing to help even if it means he has to sacrifice and go the extra mile.
Good work and keep it up Andile ;-)
