Hi, I'm am Nomsa Jane Nkosi who went to standard Bank in Springs Town yesterday the 15th August 2022,i was helped by an Indian woman who's name I forgot, I was with the lady+/ 2 hours, trying to get the authorisation so to say, so my R400 money to be reversed back to my account, shame the struggle she went through phoning these people but busy hanging up the phone, but to my suprise she never gave up phoning until at the end my money was reversed, I thank this woman, a true example of people who are needed in any job, may God's grace be with her always, continue to be kind and do well on God's people, everything will go well with you.
