very dissapointed and disgusted

I have app**** for loan on 25 March 2015. The lady who was helping me her name is Modiehi Mphafi. She told me that i will get my money on the same day around 3 o'clock. Before i fill my form she was calling me know i am the one who must call her and she is no longer taking my calls. I am thik i must just chancel my agreement with standard bank cause they are not reliable and there consultant are giving customers wrong information.
