Very difficult to obtain a simple settlement letter.

<p>My credit card was behind with payments and my account was sent to the legal department(stupel and berman. In January 2017 I settled the account, however till today May 2017 I been calling Std Bank for a settlement letter however they keep on promising that the letter will be sent. I have a record on ITC because this account keeps on appearing.</p> <p> </p> <p>Standard Bank, please advise why the long wait for a simple settlement letter?</p>
