Very bad services

I made a payment on my motor vehicle finance on the 3rd of March, I called about 6 times now, to ask someone to assist me on decreasing my monthly instalment and sending me a statement, every time they just say they will call me back. I am very disappointed and it is almost the end of the month and then the debit order will go off. If they are not going to assist me I am going to cancel my debit order and then we will see how soon they are going to call me.
