Very bad service from Standard Bank. Your standard seems to be declining by the minute!

I’m very disappointed with Standard Banks lack of customer service! I’ve spoken to two of your consultants who were supposed to give me a call back regarding vehicle warranty and both haven’t called back or even sent the quotation for me to approve after I’ve made it clear that I was interested in taking the service. You need to improve on your customer service. This is very disappointing to say the least.
