Very bad service cancellation figures

My husband passed in Oct last year. Our bond insurance paid the whole bond. The next year may I had to sell the house and cancellation figures were requested and sent. Now that the house needs to be registered they refuse as we must get new figures as its a diseased estate. how was that not known??? I need these figures asap
