Very Bad service

Good day I'm Phuluso Simon Tshikalange, I had a student archive account opened for me by my granmom in 2008 (like 12years ago), sometime around 3/4 years ago I visited a branch in N1 City Mall in the western cape province Cape Town since it is my now nearest branch for me. I wanted to close the account due to the fact that I couldn't afford to have an account anymore as it will start bearing some charges, but the lady at the branch said no need this account do not bare any charges, whenever you get a job you can still use the account. Cool 2019 I started noticing the account is on -R1000. 00 when I visit the branch they say the account need to be sustained, I was like but your colleague say it is nothing to worry about, I was not employed and it was getting to me. Some time this year I visited a branch in Paarl area that is still in the western cape province and the lady at the branch advised me to go back to the N1 city branch and also gave me some Tel to call the guy on the phone the same thing that I must go to the N1 city branch.

I went there and I was assisted by A lady called M........ Z....... She said sheve loged my case and also sent me a reference no on my email.

After 30 working days I call to find out the status of my quirey and I was advised that this is the issue that the branch manager must deal with it and remove the negative balance and settle the amount as the error was due to his/her Jnr staff members as issues like this cannot be loged it need the branch manager to resolve.

I am now even more worried that thee amount is almost - R5000. 00 and this is affecting my credit score as well.

I went to the branch and tell the lady M...... Z..... The findings and she went to the manger and said to me she will send an email again.

I need assistance seriously..
